Evelyn Rodstein

Evelyn Rodstein has been coaching startups for over a decade. She has worked with startup CEOs and senior team members across a host of industries, including several startups that became unicorns and/or had IPOs. She is also experienced in PE and VC, coaching partners and conducting leadership workshops.

Evelyn comes to coaching with a unique combination of professional experiences. She was Global Head of Talent, running Leadership & Talent in several Fortune 100 companies, including JP Morgan Chase and KPMG, where she managed departments of 100+ people and trained thousands of leaders. Before that, she was a supervising individual and family therapist, which informs her insights into people and organizational systems.

Evelyn combines deep psychological insight with business acumen to enable leaders to deliver pragmatic, execution-driven results.

She also works with public companies that have venture offshoots, middle market companies, and nonprofits.
