Jason Gore

Jason Gore is the CEO and Managing Partner of Neuberg Gore where he coaches CEOs of fast-growth startups and venture capital investors.

Jason has been coaching business leaders for over 25 years, providing practical tools and actionable insights on leadership, conflict-resolution, negotiations, decision-making, and company culture.

Jason’s greatest passion is working with leaders doing things that have never been done before, an indication of his devotion to exploration. Jason regularly pushes limits, physically, mentally and spiritually, believing that the greatest learning happens at the edge. He is a rafter, paraglider, rescue team leader, improv comedian, and pilot–he rebuilt an open-cockpit, wooden aircraft.

Jason has a unique background in business, leadership, and psychology. Based on his research, he created a toolset for helping leaders identify their blindspots and wrote survival guides for the most challenging conversations that leaders face. He gives all of these away for free through our non-profit Saturn Leadership.

Jason earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the Haas School of Business at Berkeley, and a Master Somatic Coach certification from the Strozzi Institute. He also taught Organizational Psychology at Sofia University (ITP) and Negotiations at Harvard Law School.
